I use 24hoursppc because of their reputation,customer care, 100% resend policy and you can be sure that their stuff is genuine. At least that's what they are famous for. Also I recall that they are the only supplier authorized by BD and eurochem labs. I would rather pay extra knowing that I will get what I am paying for rather than take a chance.

We experience severe problems with Earthlink and moderate problems with Yahoo, Hotmail, MSN and some other services.     Credit Cards

    We DO NOT accept Credit Card payments at 24hoursPPC since 2008. We do not know whether and when this option will be available again. You can still use your card to arrange money order or AlertPay transfer online (see below). Furthermore , you can purchase some of our products with Visa at www.pro-heaven.biz. This site also belongs to us; minimal order limit is $150. Name of the receiver of the goods must be the same as the credit card holder's. New, unverified customers should not use PO Boxes or APO addresses for this payment method and must provide valid phone number (landline).

    There is no payment method discount.

     

    Money Order (www.WesternUnion.com  / www.MoneyGram.com)

    This is the major payment method available for us at the moment. You will get current payment details onto your email immediately after you place an order. After you arrange a payment, you send us all transfer details by email and we reply with the confirmation and set your order as PAID. Then we clear it within 1-2 working days and ship. No further confirmation is being sent unless there are any problems with the payment.

    You can use your credit card to arrange online transfer from the website www.westernunion.com.

    Maximum payment method discount.

     

    AlertPay (Visa/MC/AmEx)

    This system is similar to PayPal. You can use your card to arrange instant transfer. Please register with AlertPay.com, enter your card details and verify it. After your account is settled you can contact us, we’ll send you money request. However, make sure you are 100% convenient with your ordering, do not waste our time and do not spoil our processing history by requests, which will be never completed.

    We accept transfers only from customers, which have "verified" status with AlertPay.and val;id phone number.

    Low payment method discount.

    7) you accept it, AlertPay charge your card and pass over the funds to us. (but if you miss #4 and won't verify your card, transfer will be auto-declined by our account)

    This system is similar to PayPal, contact us for details if you are ready to use it.

     

    International bank-to-bank (wire) transfer

    Existing customers may use this option for their convenience, but we do not provide our accounts to new customers due to security reasons. Again, you have to ask us for details after submitting an order.

    This is the cheapest payment method for orders above USD 700.

    Electronic check (eCheck/ACH) - SORRY WE ARE WORKING ON IT BUT DO NOT HAVE IT AVAILABLE NOW. 

    Very simple and convenient substitution of credit card payment method. It takes just 5 minutes and widely used in many countries. Currently, we accept electronic checks only from United States banks. This is direct debit from your account. Unlike credit card, this is not immediate transaction, it's more similar to "paper" checks. You enter your check details into online form, then our processing company presents it to your bank for clearance. The process may take 3-5 business days.

    To avoid wasting of your time and our time and also to avoid spoiling of your account history, please follow these simple rules:

    - Provide valid phone number. Our processing company may call you Mon-Fri, working hours (at least for the first time), so make sure you answer the call and confirm this transaction.

    - Make sure your own bank approves this check (some banks like American Standard auto-decline electronic checks due to security reasons). If you have never used eCheck/ACH/check21 with this account before, better call them to make sure.

    - Make sure there are enough funds at your account on the moment of issuing the check. Processing company has no access to your account and cannot check online what you have on it. But even if the check was accepted, it does not mean all is OK until it is cleared by your bank!

    - Make sure you keep these funds available for 5-7 days until check is cleared. If you have insufficient balance at the moment when check is presented to your bank, it will be returned, order canceled and your history spoiled as you issue unsupported financial documents. Check your bank statement to see when the funds have been written off your account.
     
    In case you have several returned checks from your account or committed other malicious tricks, it'll be entirely blacklisted by all US  processing companies and your bank may suspend it.

    - New customers, please use plain address, not PO Box for this payment method.

    Medium payment method discount.

     

     

    Shipping methods

    All packages are shipped in a very discreet way. Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments unless it contains only something non-controlled like Cytomel or syringes. But even for these we try to avoid indicating the words, which may rise extra attention by the post office.

    If the order is too large to fit one box/envelope, it will be automatically divided into two or more packages. This is already included in the S&H-charges and will not increase cost of an order for you. Shipments are being made from different European countries, sometimes (very rarely) from outside EU but we always consider logistics and customs issues to eliminate seizure risks. All EU orders are being sent from EU only to avoid customs control.

    You must ensure that your mailbox is safe enough to prevent package from being lost or stolen. The postman should not leave it at your door!

    Seizure and lost packages rate (due to USPS or other national post office fault) is no more than 2%, but make sure you indicated your address correctly, especially state, zip code and apartment number (these are the most common mistakes). We use fake return address and all returned packages will go to nowhere; we won’t be able to refund or reship in case of wrong delivery address.

    Return / Refund policy

    Before returning any goods to us for whatever reason, it is important that you contact us by e-mail to inform us of your intention and reasons for doing so.

    We are not scammers. Never do chargeback without contacting us first and make sure we received your message. We can settle your problem much quicker by refund or reshipment, but if someone makes unreasonable chargeback without prior notice we’ll consider this person as a scammer and retaliate.

    In the case of goods arriving to the customer in a faulty or damaged condition, we will replace your order.

    In cases where loss, damage or delay is due to an incorrect delivery address being given to us, a refund cannot be offered.

     

    Discounts

    We offer substantial discounts depending on order volume and payment method chosen. The cheaper is processing of certain payment method – the bigger discount is. Also, we have loyalty  program for customers with two or more paid orders. Check our current discounts at the upper right of the front page.

     

    F.A.Q.

     

    How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping?

    Once payment is received, we will dispatch your order within 3-5 business days. Shipping time depends on various factors such as shipping method, postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, etc., which means that we can only give you an approximation based on our statistics and former experience.

    How do I change my order after it has been placed?

    Unfortunately, we cannot make any manual changes or cancellations of orders that have been already paid. But if you provided wrong delivery address, contact us anyway - we'll try to solve this unless it's too late.

    NOTE! Since order cancellations are not accepted once payment is received, you must make necessary order changes before payment is made.

    What is the minimum and maximum quantity I can order at one time?

    We have different minimal order limit depending on payment method. In most cases it starts from $200 / 250 in certain cases we allow $100 orders. We have $500 order limit for credit card and AlertPay payment methods and no actual limit for all others (there might be technical limit, which we can raise upon your request). However, you should consult with your local FDA office regarding the quantity you would like to order, since there may be import regulations on those specific products and quantity.

    Is it legal to purchase these products?

    Since laws differ from country to country, we recommend you to contact your local FDA or customs office regarding the regulations and restrictions of your country. Noone of our customers reported legal problems so far although we are in business since 2003.

    Can I buy your products through another way aside from the website?

    Since we are specialized in internet mail ordering, our services are only available through our website.

    We DO NOT have "regular" pharmacy shop and do not allow picking up the goods at our office. Please do not ask where to visit us in Germany, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, etc. as some people do.

    How can I contact you?

    Since our services are optimized to be conducted online and worldwide, you are more than welcome to contact our departments through our website using e-mail or ticket system. All messages will be answered within 24-72 hours (longer replies are possible during holidays and weekends). You can also make phone call 9-18 GMT, we try to answer most of them.

    Do I need a prescription to order?
