Before returning any goods to us for whatever reason, it is important that you contact us by e-mail to inform us of your intention and reasons for doing so.
In the case of goods arriving to the customer in a faulty or damaged condition, we will replace your order.
In cases where loss, damage or delay is due to an incorrect delivery address being given to us, a refund cannot be offered. |

Credit Cards
Credit card is fastest, easiest and cheapest way of payment, since there is no additional transfer fee. Credit card transactions have maximum order limit of USD 1500 per transaction and minimum of USD 250 (this is also minimal order limit). Name of the receiver of the goods has to be the same as the credit card holder's. |

SHIPPING METHODS |

All packages are shipped in a very discreet way. Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments. If the order is too large to fit one of these packages, it will automatically be divided into two or more packages (it is already included in the S&H-charges and will not increase cost of order for you).
